CORN TRAIT INFORMATION
LibertyLink® (LL) provides high-performing genetics coupled with excellent performance on tough-to-control weeds for real yields that deliver. High performing corn hybrids with the LibertyLink trait allow growers to spray powerful Liberty® herbicide in-crop for nonselective postemergence control of even the toughest weeds, including Palmer amaranth, giant ragweed, kochia, waterhemp and marestail.
Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (R) Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (R) contains in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray Roundup® brands over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential.
VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (VT2PRO RIB) VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (VT2PRO RIB) is a mix of 95% traited and 5% refuge seed. With refuge-in-a-bag, there’s no need to calculate or plant separate, structured refuge in the Corn-Growing Area. It contains dual modes of action for maximum protection against corn earworm and other above-ground pests, like European and Southwestern corn borers and fall armyworm. Tolerant to glyphosate.
DroughtGard® VT Double PRO® Corn (DGVT2P) DroughtGard® Hybrids with VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend contain the first double-stacked trait with dual modes of action for above ground insects and maximum protection against corn earworm. Superior genetics along with innovative drought-tolerant trait technology helps DroughtGard® Hybrids withstand drought conditions for a better chance of maximizing kernels per ear and overall yield potential. Tolerant to glyphosate.
SmartStax® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (SS RIB) is a mix of 95% Bt. traited, 5% refuge seed. You get all the benefits of SmartStax® technology, plus the convenience of 5% refuge seed interspersed in every bag. It has proven to have a 10 bu/A advantage over non-Bt. traited corn and a 20 bu/A advantage over non-Bt. treated corn + a soil-applied insecticide.* SmartStax® corn is tolerant to both glyphosate and glufosimate herbicides.
*In moderate to high rootworm pressure situations, SmartStax® RIB Complete® corn blend products provided an average 20 bu/acre advantage over products without Bt corn rootworm protection and an average 10 bu/acre advantage over products without Bt corn rootworm protection used in combination with a soil-applied insecticide. TD Sites in IL, IA, KS, CO, NE, WI, MI, IN, MN, SD, OH, DE (2010-2013)100-112RM; N = 46 protocol site years under moderate and high CRW pressure. Moderate Pressure = untreated check averaged > 0.5-1.0. High Pressure = locations where untreated check averaged > 1.0.
Hybrids with the Agrisure® GT (GT) trait provide excellent tolerance to in-crop applications of glyphosate-based herbicides.
Agrisure Viptera® 3111 (VIP) A combination of the Agrisure Viptera® trait and the Agrisure® 3000GT triple stack, the Agrisure Viptera® 3111 trait stack controls above- and below-ground insects for increased yield potential, higher quality grain, and glyphosate or glufosinate herbicide flexibility.
The Agrisure® GT/CB/LL (GTCBLL) trait stack provides season-long control of corn borer, as well as herbicide flexibility with both glyphosate and glufosinate tolerance.
Hybrids with the Agrisure® 3000GT (3000GT) trait stack offer control of corn borer and corn rootworm with tolerance to both glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides.
Agrisure Duracade® 5222 E-Z Refuge® Agrisure Duracade® trait stacks are a key component in an effective corn rootworm management program. (GT/CBLL/HX/RW/ Agrisure Duracade) and glyphosate or glufosinate herbicide flexibility.
Agrisure 3120A E-Z Refuge Maximize yield when it rains and increase yield when it doesn’t. Agrisure Artesian® corn hybrids belong to an elite class of high-performing hybrids that use multiple genes to convert water to grain more effectively than other hybrids. (GT/CB/LL, HX/ Agrisure Artesian) and glyphosate or glufosinate herbicide flexibility.
Agrisure Viptera 3220 E-Z Refuge Offers consistent, season-long control of up to 16 yield and quality-robbing pests including corn earworm, western bean cutworm and black cutworm. By limiting insect damage, Agrisure Viptera® trait stacks reduce mycotoxin contamination and protect grain quality (GT/CBLL/ Agrisure Viptera/HX) and glyphosate or glufosinate herbicide flexibility.
Agrisure 3120 E-Z Refuge GT/CBLL/HX trait stack provides season long control of corn borer and glyphosate or glufosinate herbicide flexibility.

SOYBEAN TRAIT INFORMATION
Roudup Ready 2 Yield® Soybeans (R2)
Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybeans have demonstrated a clear yield advantage: They yield an average 4.5 Bu/A advantage over original Round Ready soybeans. Studies show that Roundup Ready 2 Yield soybeans develop greater root biomass, more nodes on the main stem and larger shoot biomass than original Roundup Ready® soybean products.
Enlist E3® is the first three-gene, herbicide tolerant trait stack that pairs exceptional weed controls with elite varieties and outstanding yields. Growers can meet tough to control weeds head on using Enlist E3® beans with tolerance to 2, 4-D choline, glyphosate, and glufosinate herbicides. This herbicide flexibility, along with strong yield and disease traits, will help to maximize profits on every acre.
Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® Soybeans
Built on the high yielding Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybean technology, Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans is the industry’s first biotech-stacked soybean trait with both dicamba and glyphosate herbicide tolerance.
With tolerance to glyphosate and dicamba, farmers have access to additional tools to help control glyphosate-resistant broadleaf weeds such as Palmer amaranth, waterhemp and marestail, a long with other tough-to-control broadleaf weeds such as lambsquarters and velvetleaf.
Built on high-yielding Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® Technology, XtendFlex® soybeans provide farmers with yet another option to drive and protect their yield potential with triple-stacked tolerance to dicamba, glyphosate and glufosinate.
• Count on high-yielding performance with your choice of three effective herbicides to support the ways you manage your fields’ unique weed challenges.
• Choose up to 14 day residual soil activity on certain small-seeded broadleaf weeds*.
• XtendFlex soybeans yielded a 4.0 bu/A advantage on average2 vs. Enlist E3® soybeans.
• *Results may vary depending on rainfall and soil type. Always use dicamba with residual herbicides in preemergence and postemergence applications that have different, effective sites of action, along with other Diversified Weed Management Practices.
• 2Data as of October 22, 2020. 2020 Bayer Commercial Germplasm Trials (94 locations in 2020 reporting data located in IL, IN, IA, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, OH, SD, TN, and WI) Bayer Commercial Germplasm Trials = 9 of the top 10 volume forecasted XtendFlex products.

Respect the Rotation™ is an initiative to elevate the importance and grower adoption of herbicide diversity to prevent or manage weed resistance. Glyphosate weed resistance is a dominating threat throughout the United States that affects land values, rental agreements, conservation tillage and can greatly reduce yields. The use of Integrated Weed Management practices, such as use of residuals, pre-emergence herbicides and rotation of crops, traits and herbicides, is critical as no one method is likely to be completely successful.
