High performing corn hybrids with the LibertyLink trait allow growers to spray powerful Liberty® herbicide in-crop for nonselective postemergence control of even the toughest weeds, including Palmer amaranth, giant ragweed, kochia, waterhemp and marestail.

Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (R) Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (R) contains in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray Roundup® brands over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential.

VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (VT2PRO RIB) VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (VT2PRO RIB) is a mix of 95% traited and 5% refuge seed. With refuge-in-a-bag, there’s no need to calculate or plant separate, structured refuge in the Corn-Growing Area. It contains dual modes of action for maximum protection against corn earworm and other above-ground pests, like European and Southwestern corn borers and fall armyworm. Tolerant to glyphosate.

DroughtGard® VT Double PRO® Corn (DGVT2P) DroughtGard® Hybrids with VT Double PRO® RIB Complete® Corn Blend contain the first double-stacked trait with dual modes of action for above ground insects and maximum protection against corn earworm. Superior genetics along with innovative drought-tolerant trait technology helps DroughtGard® Hybrids withstand drought conditions for a better chance of maximizing kernels per ear and overall yield potential. Tolerant to glyphosate.

SmartStax® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (SS RIB) is a mix of 95% Bt. traited, 5% refuge seed. You get all the benefits of SmartStax® technology, plus the convenience of 5% refuge seed interspersed in every bag. It has proven to have a 10 bu/A advantage over non-Bt. traited corn and a 20 bu/A advantage over non-Bt. treated corn + a soil-applied insecticide.* SmartStax® corn is tolerant to both glyphosate and glufosimate herbicides.
*In moderate to high rootworm pressure situations, SmartStax® RIB Complete® corn blend products provided an average 20 bu/acre advantage over products without Bt corn rootworm protection and an average 10 bu/acre advantage over products without Bt corn rootworm protection used in combination with a soil-applied insecticide. TD Sites in IL, IA, KS, CO, NE, WI, MI, IN, MN, SD, OH, DE (2010-2013)100-112RM; N = 46 protocol site years under moderate and high CRW pressure. Respect the Rotation™ is an initiative to elevate the importance and grower adoption of herbicide diversity to prevent or manage weed resistance. Glyphosate weed resistance is a dominating threat throughout the United States that affects land values, rental agreements, conservation tillage and can greatly reduce yields. The use of Integrated Weed Management practices, such as use of residuals, pre-emergence herbicides and rotation of crops, traits and herbicides, is critical as no one method is likely to be completely successful.
